Dears, I would like to know more about the process of development of the REGCM's code. I am from git world, so I am interested to find where are the commit messages, the diffs, where is the issue bug tracker, how to send a merge request or even to know where to do a fork/clone with the project history. Thank you!

Dear Sir,My name is Ya Huang, and I am a PhD candidate from China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research. Recently, I encountered some problems using the RegCM model.I want to modify the initial condition of the soil related variables in the SAV document. However, when I browse the variable name of the entire SAV document, I find that all variables have no relevant annotations and units, and there are no explanatory statements in the source code. The existence of these problems makes it impossible for me to know the detailed information of various variables. Therefore, I am asking for your help.

Which data is required for this purpose? --daily or monthly era-interim temperature data? --normally it is necessary to run terrain, sst and icbc as input -- Could you give me detail information for run regcm with era-interim temperature data?

Dear Graziano Giuliani, I tried to run the icbc for mar 2020 (for a test) based on HadGEM2 (RCP4.5) but its asking for files in RF directory. Here is the error report: ./bin/icbc regcm.in This is icbc part of the RegCM version 4 SVN Revision: 4470 - tag 4.6 compiled at: data : Nov 27 2017 time: 14:06:09 > > : this run start at : 2014-07-15 10:59:46+0800 > > : it is submitted by : root > > : it is running on : saeedpc > > : in directory : /home/saeed/regcm4 > > > > GLOBIDATE1 : 2020-03-01 06:00:00 UTC > > GLOBIDATE2 : 2020-04-01 00:00:00 UTC > > NSTEPS : 121 > > No such file or directory > > > > mod_gn6hnc.F90 : 242:Error open > > > RCMDATA/HadGEM2/RF/ta/ta_6hrLev_HadGEM2-ES_historical_r1i1p1_199012010600-199103010000.nc: > > 2 > > > > Backtrace for this error: > > #0 0x7F33B2C07117 > > #1 0x7F33B2C087D6 > > #2 0x7F33B2CD0C78 > > #3 0x44B64A in myabort_ > > #4 0x473285 in __mod_nchelper_MOD_checkncerr.part.0 at > mod_nchelper.F90:? > > #5 0x4419FB in __mod_gn6hnc_MOD_headgn6hnc > > #6 0x44AFA1 in MAIN__ at icbc.f90:? I have similar error for sst. I downloaded the hadgem2 data for rcp4.5 scenario from http://clima-dods.ictp.it/regcm4/HadGEM2 and inserted all in the HadGEM2/RCP45/ta and hus, ps, ua and va/ directories in my data path.
